3655273 - Talent Pool Combo Boxes with 'No Selection' Show " aria-owns="#:_listSelect"

When using a browser developer tool to inspect a combo box showing No Selection, it has " aria-owns="#:_listSelect":

1. Log into SuccessFactors
2. In the module picker, select Succession
3. Select the Talent Pools tab
4. Locate a talent pool and select the ... (3 dots) in the upper right hand corner > Show and Edit Talent Pool
5. In the top of the popup, select Edit
6. Don't make any changes and select Proceed
7. Locate a field with a dropdown box that shows No Selection
8. Use the browser developer tool to inspect the element No Selection and which has " aria-owns="#:_listSelect"

This is an issue with the IBM Accessibility checker tool.

When reviewing this same issue with the AXE tool, the issue is not present. As a result, a correction would need to be done to the IBM accessibility checker tool which is not owned by SAP.
