Symptom

  • Error encountered while building a business object in Process Intelligence
  • Issue persists despite deleting the pipeline and creating a new one with a new business object name
  • Error message: "Business Object with id undefined does not exist. Resp: "404"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new process data pipeline from new source data.
  2. Upload source data via ZIP file and configure field types in the Source Data tool.
  3. Navigate to Business Objects and create an event collector.
  4. Click on either the Event Collector or the Case Attributes entry to access the screen for entering the SIGNAL query to build the business object.
  5. Observe the error message: "Business Object with id undefined does not exist. Resp: 404".

Browsers cache

Resolution

  1. Use web browser in incognito/private mode.
  2. Clear browsers cache.
