3655401 - Unable to Change Background Color in Specific Themes

Unable to change the Background Color when using the appearance themes Quartz Light, Quartz Dark, High-Contrast, and High-Contrast.
No error message is displayed during the process, but the color does not change properly.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Navigate to the Appearance tab in the user settings.
2. Select one of the following themes: Quartz Light, Quartz Dark, High-Contrast, or High-Contrast (Accessibility Compliant).
3. Start the Key User Adaptation Mode.
4. Go to the My Launchpad view.
5. Right-click on the Background Design.
6. Attempt to change the background color by entering a new hex or RGB code.
7. Observe that the background does not change.

• The Quartz themes are designed with a fixed layout and limited customization options to maintain a consistent user interface.
• High-Contrast themes have fixed background colors to comply with Accessibility Standards.

These design restrictions are intentional and part of the standard system behavior.
