3655446 - "Modify Cookie Preferences" button does not have the same color as "Accept All Cookies" and "Reject All Cookies buttons in Cookie Manager - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

In the Cookie Manager Banner, "Modify Cookie Preferences" does not have the same button color as "Accept All Cookies" and "Reject All Cookies buttons.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Manager

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the RMK Career Site. 
  2. Notice that the "Modify Cookie Preferences" button does not have the same button color as "Accept All Cookies" and "Reject All Cookies buttons.

Cause

This is how the "Modify Cookie Preferences" button is designed. "Modify Cookie Preferences" is considered a secondary action to the accept and reject actions, and is therefore presented in another color.

Resolution

There is currently no option to modify the "Modify Cookie Preferences" button to match the button color of "Accept All Cookies" and "Reject All Cookies" buttons using standard configuration in CSB. For enhancement requests, you may follow KBA 2090228.
