3655491 - Packing item added to the EWM delivery is not reflected to ERP delivery due to stuck queue

Symptom

  • A packing item is added to the delivery in EWM system. A queue with FM BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE is sent from EWM to ERP/S4 and fails due to error "Item category &1 is not defined - Message no. VL324". 
  • In the error message no item category is informed.
