The process contains an External Activity task, for the activity Sync to SAP Cloud ALM Activity.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Cause

The Sync to SAP Cloud ALM activity uses custom type objects from SAP Cloud ALM, where these are not imported into Process Governance.

Resolution

It is currently not recommended to export and import a process that uses the Sync to SAP Cloud ALM activity.

Instead, the process (workflow) should be created by activating the SAP Cloud ALM Sync in the Process Manager workspace.
