Symptom

Users encounter the following error while logging in to the Ariba application.

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

Error AADSTS700016: The application with the identifier http://realmname.procurement-eu.ariba.com was not found in the 'realmname' directory. This issue may occur if the application has not been installed by the tenant's administrator or if no user in the tenant has given consent. Additionally, your authentication request might have been sent to the wrong tenant.
