3655583 - Unable to reprocess a RA contract due to "500 internal server error"

Symptom

  • When opening a revenue accounting (RA) contract, a C01 inflight check error is encountered.
  • By triggering a retrospective change, the C01 error is resolved, but the RA contract cannot be reprocessed.
  • Attempting to reprocess the RA contract in the NetWeaver Business Client results in the error: "500 Internal server error".
