3655597 - Price Update Not Reflected In Product OWL and Sales Transactions

• After updating the price of a product in a price list, the updated price does not appear in the Product OWL.
• When creating a sales transaction, such as a sales quote, the system displays the old price of product instead of the updated price of product in price list.

• SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to the Product work center.
2. Access the Price List work center view.  
3. Create a Price List (e.g., YYYY, where YYYY stands for the price list ID).  
4. Add a product (e.g., XXXX, where XXXX stands for the product ID) and update its price (Example Change product price from 15 Euro to 10 Euro).
5. Save the price list.  
6. Return to the Product work center view.
7. Search for the Product XXXX.  
   • Issue 1: The price list column in the OWL still shows 15 Euro instead of 10 Euro. 
8. Create a Sales Quote using Product XXXX.
   
   •  Issue 2: The sales quote displays the price as 15 Euro instead of 10 Euro.  

           

• The Status of the Price List in which the price for Product XXXX is updated is "Partially released". 

1. Change the status of the Price List from "Partially Released" to "Released" to ensure the updated price of the product is reflected in both the Product OWL and Sales Transactions.  
2. Follow these steps to update the status: 

• • • Search and open the Price List.
    • Click on the "Release" option.
    • Update the status to "Released."
    • Save the changes.
