3655614 - Name and TFN fields are blank in Australian Superannuation Standard Choice Form - Onboarding

First name, Last Name and Tax File Number (TFN) fields are blank in Superannuation standard choice form.

By contrast, the same data are populated in Tax file number declaration form without issue.

  Error message: "OData call failed due to Invalid property names : Invalid property names: PerPersonal/middleName. Please check the property name in Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary or entity metadata. Ensure there were no data model changes that removed this field, and please execute a refresh metadata to ensure the cache is not corrupted."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as candidate
2. Open compliance form task
3. Open the Superannuation standard choice form 
4. First name, Last Name and Tax File Number (TFN) fields are blank 
5. Open the Tax file number declaration form
6. First name, Last Name and Tax File Number (TFN) fields are having values

Middle Name field is not enabled.

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration > personalInfo
2. Click on Take Action > Make Correction
3. Enable "middle-name" field > save
4. Post this, the Superannuation standard choice form should be loading as expected
