3655617 - Message CK548 with parallel processing in transaction CK40N

Symptom

With costing in transaction CK40N, parallel processing is active. After the step get finished you still get the 'still open'. At the same time, in the log you may get message CK 548 ('Error at destination xyz'). Also with transaction ST2 you can get DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND dump.
