3655710 - Group data analysis app error: "result set for query 2ccsrpt30q is empty"

Symptom

The Group Data Analysis app displays the error message: "Result set for query 2CCSRPT30Q is empty." despite of the data exists in table ACDOCU and the authorization object E_CS_RPT is correctly defined.
