3655720 - BW Query: FADAT (invoice data) is used as a filter and does not select any data

Symptom

There is a BW query based on  virtual cube (reading data via FM RKE_VPROV_READ_INTERFACE).
When setting a filter on characteristic "/RKE/FADAT" , the virtual cube is not returning any data. There is an expectation that data is returned
