Symptom

Attachments from the central supplier quotation are not visible in the backend purchase requisition after updating the purchase requisition.

The "Update PR" button is pressed in the hub system, this will update the PR in the connected system with some details of the central request for quotation, but it will not send the attachments from the central system to the connected.
