Symptom
- When delivery creation jobs or collective delivery creation transactions are used to create deliveries for the same customer, the credit check is performed on each delivery using the same available exposure for multiple documents. As a result, if there is enough credit limit for one document, the system passes the credit check for both (all parallel documents), leading to the credit account moving into an overexposure situation.
- Processing sales documents via IDocs, collective processing programs (VL10, RVKRED09, etc.), or dialog transactions may cause similar issues when updates are sent simultaneously from different application servers.
- Sales orders or deliveries created parallelly may result in incorrect credit status, failing to lock even when the credit limit is exceeded.
- Multiple documents may pass credit checks and be approved, despite the credit limit sufficing for only one document.
