3655790 - Benefit opt-out option isn't working in Portuguese language.

• When  system is in Portuguese, the opt-out benefit option fails to respond when clicked.

1. Navigate to "Benefit" in the application.
2. Select "Benefit Overview".
3. Under "Benefits Summary", click on "Enrolled Benefits".
4. Click on "Opt-Out" 
5. Select the Benefit Date and confirm.
6. Observe that the opt-out request works in English language but fails in Portuguese language, where the system remains on the same screen and it does not process.

• The issue was related to date formatting in some languages, specifically Portuguese.

1. A fix has been provided as part of a code correction.
2. The fix will be included in the upcoming release.
