3655793 - IBP: Non-latin characters are not integrated correctly in RTI

Symptom

  • When integrating location IDs with special or non-latin characters, the characters are sent as ## (hashtags) to IBP
  • Special characters in master data IDs are replaced with "#" during the integration process
  • This causes issues during subsequent data integration
