Shopping Cart Re-prices Paid Courses to $0 After Library with free item admin assignment allowing Free Vouchers

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as an external user who has access to a paid library.

  2. Browse the Library and select the course at some price. 

  3. Click Buy Course > choose Shopping Cart, but do not complete the purchase.

  4. As an administrator, assign the same user to a free/temporary library that also contains the course

  5. Have the user return to their Shopping Cart.

  6. Note the course is automatically re-priced to $0.00.

  7. The user can complete checkout and obtain a free voucher which can be redeemed or shared with other users.

Resolution

Currently under investigation with LMS development.
