3655833 - Alignment issue in "Welcome" dropdown in internal career site - Recruiting

The issue is with the alignment of the "Welcome, [user]" menu dropdown on the RCM Candidate Profile with ICS when Reimagined Candidate Experience is enabled and the Horizontal Alignment of the Sign-in & Language component is set to Center.

1. Access your External Career Site;
2. Click on Employee Login;
3. Access using your credentials;
4. Click on View Profile > My Account;
5. Check that dropdown is not aligned with the ‘Welcome’ tab.

The issue occurs because the RCM code explicitly sets the CSS display property to block for certain elements. This hardcoded styling overrides the inherited display value from the RMK CSS, which is designed to adapt to the overall site layout. As a result, this conflict can lead to visual inconsistencies, such as misaligned components or unexpected element behavior on integrated RMK-RCM pages.

A code fix was implemented as part of the 2H2025 release. The update was deployed to Preview environments on October 11th and 12th, and to Production environments on November 15th and 16th. This fix addresses the CSS styling conflict by ensuring that affected elements no longer override inherited display properties, resulting in consistent layout behavior across integrated pages.
