3655849 - UWL Substitution rule failing to be created

• You are trying to create a Substitution rule in UWL with the the "On saving, turn the following rule, On - the rule will be enabled" set to "At Once" and the rule is failing to be created.

• When you take TSHW Traces of the issue, you can see errors like the ones bellow:

  • "Substitution definition for user <X> with substitute id <Y> in system: <Z>: Failed to create definition in backend: Substitute data not saved; substitution period invalid"
