Symptom

Onboarding and Offboarding tasks are being assigned incorrectly even if the Job Relationship is correctly maintained and configured.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

For Onboarding

  1. Initiate Onboarding;
  2. See the New Hire Tasks are assigned to the wrong person.

For Offboarding

  1. Initiate Offboarding;
  2. See the Offboarding tasks are assigned to the wrong person.

Cause

The job relationship picklist name configured in the system does not match the standard configuration defined in the Picklist Center.

Resolution

Make sure to keep the picklist name as "jobRelType" otherwise the system will not identify the Job Relationship stablished and will assign to the wrong person.
