3655893 - Why is the allocation percentage value rounding up to two decimals?

Symptom

When entering the decimal values for the Allocation Award Percentage, system can behave two different ways:

  • When the third decimal is smaller than 5, it is possible to enter as many decimals as necessary (E.G: 50.33333333)
  • When the third decimal is greater than 5, system rounds the second decimal up, and maintains the value with two decimals only (E.G: 50.458 > 50.46)
