• Report based on an SAP BW Query does not refresh after upgrading Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4.3
• When refreshing the report in Crystal Reports for Enterprise based on the same SAP BW Query, it refresh successfully.
• When creating a new report based on the same SAP BW Query in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it hangs.
• When creating a new report in Web Intelligence (Webi) it also fail to connect to the same SAP BW Query, and remains in a loading state indefinitely.
• Analysis for Office (Add-in Excel) and Analysis Workspace for OLAP successfully connect to the SAP BW Query , and return data.
• When reviewing the logs from the Crystal Reports Processing Servers, it display error like "Transport error: Communication failure (FWM 00001)" and "Connection refused."
