3655959 - RO_SPJ: Using Local (Company Code) Currency or Reporting (Country) Currency in case of "Plant Abroad" scenario

Symptom

Some documents have different Tax Base amounts in Local (Company Code) Currency and Reporting (Country) Currency. However, the Local and Reporting Currency are the same (usually "RON").
From a technical perspective, this document contains non-equal values in the BSET-HWBAS and BSET-LWBAS fields.
It is essential to have a method to manage the amounts (Local or Reporting Currency) that will be reported in the RO_SPJ.
