Resolution

The Manage Asserting Parties page in SAP SuccessFactors will be fully deprecated by November 20, 2026. Admins should start using the Monitoring Tool for SAP Cloud Identity Services Integration, which now offers a clearer and more complete view of SAML assertion parties.

Why We're Deprecating This Page:

The Manage Asserting Parties page provided two main functions.

  • View SAML assertion parties
  • Setting user-friendly display names for identity providers (IDPs)

These functionality are now available in the Monitoring Tool for SAP Cloud Identity Services Integration. From the 2511 release onward, the tool has been enhanced to display the newly added details for SAML assertion parties:

  • SAML Assertion Party Name
  • SAML Issuer * SAML Enabled (flag)
  • SAML Verifying Certificate Validity Period
  • Identity Authentication Integrated (flag)

Note: Direct integration of multiple corporate IDPs with SAP SuccessFactors tenants will be deprecated in the 2H 2026. Customers are strongly recommended to migrate to SAP Cloud Identity Services and connect their IDPs via Identity Authentication.
