3655982 - talent pool nomination permissions are not respecting the target population

User with no "View Talent Pool nominations" permission over the target employee can see the employee in the talent pool nominee list.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Navigate to Succession > Talent Pool > select the talent pool
2. Observe that employees outside the target population of RBP "View Talent Pool nominations" are showing in the nominee's list.

The option "Apply target population to Talent Pool Nominations Permissions" is not enabled in the Nominations Set Up page.

If this option is enabled, the permissions "View Talent Pool nominations" and "Add/edit/delete Talent Pool nominations" will respect the target population defined for the permission role and the user will only be able to see or add/edit/delete nominations of users included in the target population.

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Nominations Set Up.
2. Enable the option "Apply target population to Talent Pool Nominations Permissions".
