3656008 - Payroll Control Center - Whitelisting Clickjacking Issue

Symptom

  • Whitelisting issue persists even after maintaining Configuration
  • Unable to click on Payroll Control Center Screen

Environment

  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP
  • SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP, version for SAP HANA

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Payroll Control Center
  2. Unable to click anywhere, red cross sign comes

Resolution

PCC traffic uses only HTTPS → update your entries to Protocol = HTTPS (Port = empty, URL = *).

Only one allowlist mechanism can be active. Since UCON is enabled, entries in HTTP_WHITELIST are not evaluated.
