3656024 - Error when attempting to access Define Negative Postings for Billing Types Configuration Activity (ID 106467, FIRO_XNEGP_BT)

Symptom

In the Central Business Configuration (CBC), when attempting to access the configuration activity "Define Negative Postings for Billing Types" (ID 106467), the following error appears:

  • Error Number: S_CUS_ACTIVITY029
  • Diagnostic Message: No authorization for transaction S_ER9_11002766 of IMG Activity FIRO_XNEGP_BT

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to the Central Business Configuration (CBC)
  • Search for the "Define Negative Postings for Billing Types" or "106467" or "FIRO_XNEGP_BT" configuration activity

Cause

The user account is not assigned to the business catalog with the authorization for transaction S_ER9_11002766.

Resolution

Assign the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_GL_RO_PC to the user to obtain the necessary authorization.
