Symptom

  • The `void()` action of the DueClearing Business Object cannot be executed.
  • The error message "Action VOID not possible; action is disabled" is displayed.
  • According to KBA 3214669, the `void()` action was enabled as part of Hotfix ID 1000017897 in the 2205 Hotfix Collection 2 and declared as PSM enabled.
