Symptom

  • The inability to add or copy a new Fee Condition in app "Manage Financial Transactions".
  • The issue occurs for Company Code XXXX, Transaction XXXX, Product Type 86A, and Transaction Type 100.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app "Manage Financial Transactions".
  2. Attempt to add or copy a new Fee Condition for  Company Code XXXX, Transaction XXXX, Product Type 86A, and Transaction Type 100.

Resolution

  1. Access the configuration activity SSCUI 106606 - Define Field Selection for Financial Transactions.
  2. Modify the field selection definition "TF: SETTLEMENT" to change the setting for field group 98 "Tabstrip: Conditions" from "Display" to "Optional Entry".
  3. Save the changes.
  4. Verify that the Fee Condition is now editable.
