3656178 - RU 139 - 'Overdelivery is not permitted' when canceling the confirmation for production orders

Symptom

When user tried to cancel the confirmation for the production order in transaction code CO13, error message RU 139 - 'Overdelivery is not permitted' occurred. As a result, the confirmation cannot be cancelled.
