SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3656182 - Approval in My Inbox app is pending or exception with type /IWBEP/CX_MGW_BUSI_EXCEPTION happens

Symptom

When PO is approved in my inbox app, the screen loads for long time after clicking on approve button and the following error shows in /n/iwfnd/error_log:
 /IWFND/CM_MGW050   Changeset processing failed    OPU-BSC-TGW 
 /IWFND/CM_MGW004   RFC call was not successful because of communication failure 'An exception with the type /IWBEP/CX_MGW_BUSI_EXCEPTION was raised    OPU-BSC-TGW
