3656192 - Condition types are missing in sales document pricing analysis - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When checking the pricing analysis of a sales document, some condition types in pricing procedure are missing in pricing analysis screen.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to a sales document and go to the item-level.
  2. Navigate to the "Condition" tab and click on "Analysis".
  3. Some condition types are missing in pricing analysis screen.

Cause

This behavior is part of the system's standard programming for performance optimization:

  • These condition types are configured "Manual Only" in related pricing procedure.
  • These condition types are assigned to the related access sequences, which involve item-level fields.

As a result, the accesses will not be performed, and the condition types will not be displayed in the pricing analysis screen.

Resolution

  1. Remove the "manual only" indicator for condition types in related pricing procedure to allow automatic triggering.
  2. Use document-level fields instead of item-level fields when defining the access sequence for these condition types.
