- External events in the CX Flow are not being triggered for all users, resulting in inconsistent application of the marketing strategy.
- Error messages observed include:
- "No contact found with the external id: xxx".
- "Action destination returned an error".
- Error Id: "ActivationFailed_ErrorStatusResponse".
- Error Description: "Contacts with the external ID already exist: xxx".
