3656245 - Manual header condition not applied to new item of follow-up transaction

Symptom

A manual header condition is added to a business transaction (e.g.quotation). Then a follow-up transaction (e.g. sales order) is created and a new item is added to the follow-up transaction. The new item does not have the manual header condition in its list of conditions ( Price Details)
