3656301 - Putaway WT creation error /SCWM/L3369 "Specify a destination location"

Symptom

During an inbound process, a putaway WT creation is started. The WT creation is either started manually or automatically (e.g. by a quality inspection follow-up action). The WT creation fails with error:

/SCWM/L3 369 Specify a destination location

The WT creation log also shows that due to the above error, "No warehouse task created" (/SCWM/L3054).
