Symptom

When copying a project in the Project Control app, the error message FHC_RUNTIME109: "Copy failed. Date is out of the validity" is triggered.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Project Control - Enterprise Projects app.
  2. Attempt to copy a project.

Cause

The planned finish date of the original project being copied is 12/31/2050, and the factory calendar validity is limited to the year 2050.

Resolution

  1. Adjust the planned finish date of the original project to a year earlier, such as 2049, to avoid the error.
