• Request to delete the Business Partner Grouping.
• No delete button available in the Configuration activity - Define groupings and assign number ranges.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

By standard design, the BP grouping determines the BP number range. As the change of BP grouping could lead to inconsistency between the BP grouping and number range, it is not possible to delete the BP grouping once it is created.

The deletion of BP Grouping is not supported by standard design. As a workaround, hide the BP grouping so that it will not be visible in Maintain Business Partner or Fiori apps:

Follow below steps to hide the BP grouping in Manage Your Solution' app:

1. Open 'Manage Your Solution' app.
2. Navigate to 'Configure Your Solution'.
3. Choose configuration activity 102241 - Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges.
4. Display & select the relevant project.
5. Select the 'HIDE' field for the grouping to be hidden.

Incase while using SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) :

1. Log on to the project experience in SAP Central Business Configuration.
2. Select the relevant project.
3. Navigate to the configurations activity tab. 
4. Search for the configuration activity 102241 - Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges.
5. Select the configuration activity to navigate directly to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
6. Display & select the relevant project.
7. Select the 'HIDE' field for the grouping to be hidden.
