3656465 - Error while billing document creation from External system

Error message VF044 - "The item is not relevant for billing" occurs when delivery comes from an external system. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition 

1. Navigate to the billing document creation process.
2. Select delivery (created from external system).
3. Observe the error message: "The item is not relevant for billing."

Billing is only possible once the post goods issue has been successfully completed. No mechanism exists in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to verify whether the delivery is ready for invoicing when the post goods issue is triggered externally.

1. Confirm that the post goods issue has been successfully completed for the delivery, and ensure that the external application triggering the goods issue provides confirmation of successful completion.
2. If the goods issue is incomplete, coordinate with the external application to resolve the issue.
3. Monitor the delivery status and retry the billing document creation process once the goods issue is successfully completed.
