3656510 - Purchase order workflows cannot be transported from customizing tenant to test tenant

Symptom

  • Attempting to transport purchase order workflows (of flexible workflow scenario WS00800238) from a customizing tenant into a test tenant via software collection export/import, no workflows are actually imported into the test tenant
  • Transport logs show the following message:
    Pre-Import of Conditional Workflows was not successful [scenario WS00800238] 
    "No corresponding scenario version found [scenario WS00800238, scenarioVersion 0048]"
