Symptom

  • The publication fails intermittently when scheduling a specific page of a story using Live Direct Connection with Advanced Features and SSO.
  • Error message: "The publication failed because the export task could not be completed in time. See Details (Error Code: eSE112 )".
  • Manual export of the page works successfully and takes less than 15 minutes.
  • The issue is not consistent; sometimes the publication succeeds, sometimes it fails.
