• Error 456 is reported
• When a connection with 'set readonly on'
• Tries to set rowcount option as well:
  

  set readonly on
  go
  set rowcount 10
  go

  Msg 456, Level 16, State 1:
  Server 'ASE', Line 1:
  Failed to execute SET ROW COUNT, because this is a read-only connection.
  Read-only connections can only execute SELECT statements.
  Use 'set readonly off' to execute SET ROW COUNT.
