3656560 - Unable to Login in Backoffice with Response 500 after Upgrading to SAP Commerce Cloud 2211.41

Symptom

Users are unable to access Backoffice with response 500. Upon checking the logs following error is visible:

org.springframework.dao.DuplicateKeyException: query; SQL []; Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.dynamiccontent' with unique index 'codeVersionActiveIDX_101'. The duplicate key value is (sap.commerce.backoffice.walkmeconfiguration.enablewalkme, 0, 1).; nested exception is com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.dynamiccontent' with unique index 'codeVersionActiveIDX_101'. The duplicate key value is (sap.commerce.backoffice.walkmeconfiguration.enablewalkme, 0, 1).
