3656670 - Unexpected expansion of configurable products in quote page

Symptom

  • Configurable products with parent and child items on a Quote expand unexpectedly.
  • The issue occurs when items are added, copied, or deleted in the Quote, causing some configurable products to expand while others remain collapsed.
  • Expanded items decrease items per page and consume additional time to access parent items.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Quote
  2. Add items to the Quote
  3. Copy one of the items
  4. Observe that previously added items with child items expand
  5. Delete one of the items
  6. Observe that remaining items in the Quote expand.

Cause

It is a bug.

Resolution

The issue will be fixed in the 2511 release.
