3656677 - Error "Enter a posting date in fiscal year" in Actual Settlement Job - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When using the "Schedule Overhead Accounting Jobs" with the actual settlement job template such as 'Actual Settlement: Projects (SAP)', even though the mandatory fields 'Settlement Period', 'Fiscal Year' are filled in, it is not possible to specify a posting date because the error "Enter a posting date in fiscal year" is triggered. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the "Schedule Overhead Accounting Jobs" application in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
2. Select the job template 'Actual Settlement: Projects (SAP)'.
3. Attempt to specify the posting date in the 'Parameter' section. 
4. Observe that the system does not allow the posting date to be specified due to the error "Enter a posting date in fiscal year". 

Although the field 'Posting Period' is not marked as mandatory, the value is required if the 'Posting Date' is entered. 

Fill in 'Posting Period'.
