In SSCUI 102123 Define Delivery Types, the Flag "Delivery Split by Warehouse Number" cannot be edited to prevent the behavior of delivery splitting by warehouse number for a specific delivery type. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In Note 546668, the Customizing of Delivery Split by Warehouse Number is based on On-Premise, and its behavior differs from that in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

In S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Delivery Split by Warehouse Number is a defaulted behavior recently and cannot be manually edited.

This Customizing cannot currently be implemented in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. However, in a future update, SAP will provide users with the corresponding SSCUI to decide whether delivery splitting by warehouse number is permitted.
