Symptom

When accessing Manage Business Configuration error pops up: "Business Configuration is Locked".

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
    • Manage Business Configuration

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration.
2. An error pops up: "Business Configuration is locked".

Resolution

1. Go to Manage Data and select the object type "ActivityListObject" and the object "root".
2. Set the field "locked" to "No" and save.
