3656905 - Customer Consignment and Sales Kits in WM Public Cloud

Symptom

  • Problems occur when creating an outbound delivery in warehouse management using item category CF3I.
  • The delivery cannot be distributed.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Consignment AND sales kits are not yet supported.

Resolution

  1. The consignment process (in outbound and in return) and the sales kit processes (in outbound and in return) are supported independently.
  2. The combination of consignment and sales kits is not yet supported in the S/4HANA Public Cloud system.
  3. It is recommended to raise an improvement request to SAP to gain visibility for this feature and potentially expedite its release in future product versions.
