3656907 - ChangedOn timestamp is not updated on sales order change

When changing an attribute on the billing tab of a customer project (e.g. a partner function), the field 'ChangedOn' is not updated and the new changes cannot be tracked by this field. An API can be used to fetch the project details and check this field value.

There is no notification to the project when changes are done solely on the sales order side (e.g. partner changes on sales order item level), this does not update project header properties (changedOn field).

If changes are done on sales order header or item level, it's necessary to check the changedOn timestamp for the sales order object. As said, the project is a different business object, so the changedOn field will not be affected.
