3656933 - Old Requirements Not Removed in FSM When Requirement Profile Is Changed in S/4HANA

Symptom

When a work order is created in SAP S/4HANA and a requirement profile is assigned to the operation, the requirements from the profile are correctly transferred to FSM via the Proaxia connector.

However, if the requirement profile on the work order is later changed to a different profile, the new requirements are transferred to FSM, but the requirements from the original profile remain in FSM and are not deleted.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
